Session Policies
Booking & Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your selected package. Your session is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card (3% fee added), Apple Pay, or Venmo.
Travel
Sessions taking place more than 20 miles from St. Peters, MO may be subject to a travel fee, calculated based on mileage.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once (with at least 10 days notice). Cancellations without the proper notice listed above will result in a forfeited deposit.
Weather
For outdoor sessions, I will work with you to reschedule in the case of severe weather.
Turnaround Time
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 1 week of your session. Wedding galleries are delivered within 8 weeks. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
